This quick and easy pancake recipe will be a sure fire hit in any household and you can also use it to make sweet or savoury pancakes.
Pancake Ingredients

100g Plain Flour
300ml milk
2 Eggs
Chopped Apple (sweet optional extra)
A Dash of Cinnamon
A touch of oil for frying
Mix the ingredients in a bowl and whisk until there are no lumps. Heat up a frying pan, add a drop of oil and coat the base of the pan. When the pan is hot add enough batter and quickly tilt the pan to coat the base. Ensure to shake the pan so the pancake does not stick and use a palette knife to check the underside. When the under side of the pancake is golden flip the pan and cook until the other side is equally golden. Once cooked remove the pancake and serve with one of the many delicious pancake toppings such as; lemon and sugar, ice cream, strawberries and cream or add in spinach and ricotta and bake in the oven for a couple of minutes to make a delicious savoury pancake.
