Citron Presse

This classic French café staple is so simple and the sweetness easily adjusted .

Squeeze the juice of a whole lemon into a glass and serve with a small jug of chilled water and a little sugar on the side. Stir well and enjoy!

Pomegranate Cooler

This pink beauty is great for any time of day.

Fill half a glass with pomegranate juice and top up with some sparkling water and lots of ice. To sweeten add a dash of sugar syrup.

Indian Lime Soda

Ever wondered what’s in a real lime soda? Originally created in India, this refreshing sweet and sour drink is clean, simple and delicious.

Squeeze the juice of a lime into a glass with plenty of ice, add a dash of sugar syrup ( or a pinch of sugar), a pinch of salt, stir and top up with chilled sparkling water.

Non-alcoholic Mojito

Even without the rum, this is still a delicious drink!

Place 3-4 fresh mint leaves in the base of a highball glass , add a dash of sugar syrup and muddle with the end of a rolling pin, a pestle or a muddler if you have one. Add the juice of one lime, plenty of crushed ice and top up with chilled sparkling water. Top with a sprig of fresh mint.
