Tasty Children’s Lunch Box Ideas…Part 2!

Here we have some more tasty ideas for fun packed lunches for your little loves all served up in our new favourite Yumbox. After chatting to my eldest about pirates on the way to school yesterday I decided to add a few props to his lunch box in the form of pirate swords and flags! As I mentioned in my previous post, with a little imagination (& yummy food of course!) we’re hoping to see children excitedly opening their lunch boxes and eager to delve into their food. In no time they’ll be taking a sneaky peek during breakfast to see what exciting treats are waiting to be discovered for lunch.Children's Lunch Box MenuPirate Themed Lunch Box Props
This littlePirate Packed Lunch Box box of goodness went down a treat, the novelty accessories were the first thing to be noticed. The fruit was freed from the sword and was then used as a fork to eat the chunky salad and then the dried fruit got attacked; each individual sultana was patiently speared with excellent precision!! The swords and flags are easy to find online, we bought ours on Amazon. The swords can be washed too so they can make a re-appearance in your pirate themed lunch box time and time again.

Try making your own delicious Savoury Muffins and No Bake Energy Balls, they’re wonderful lunch companions that are bursting with flavour and full of goodness. The muffins can be frozen for up to a month and the energy balls will survive for a few days in an airtight container.
